New Process Tracking Log

You asked for it, you got it. In response to your needs, we have created the new Process Tracking Log, which is designed to help you follow student requests including administrative record changes, petitions and status changes through to completion. Please visit GradInfo > Reports > Process Tracking Log to view the status of your college and program requests for the semester.

The log went live on October 20, 2009 and captures data from that day going forward for a rolling period of six months. Simply enter a date range and select your college and/or program to see a listing of current requests and their status.

This log does not replace the e-mail notifications that you receive and you still have access to the application evaluation summary panel to view requests for specific students.
